Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026. This policy describes the website’s current functionality.

Files and tool inputs

Images, phone numbers, messages, business documents, CSV data and campaign settings are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload or store these inputs on a Nexviora server. Outputs are generated as local downloads; private inputs are not placed in URLs or indexed pages. Opening a generated WhatsApp or campaign link sends its destination information to that external service.

Optional local drafts

Quotation and invoice drafts and business profiles are saved only when you choose Save. They use your browser’s local storage. Delete saved data removes the current document type’s draft and shared profile. Delete each document type separately, or clear site data in your browser to remove all drafts. Converting a quotation to an invoice temporarily uses session storage. Reset clears your current workspace; it does not delete existing downloads.

Local processing engines and direct video downloads

OCR downloads an English recognition model and may cache engine data in your browser. Video compression loads a local WebAssembly engine. Neither uploads your input files. The direct-video downloader sends a request to the URL you enter without stored credentials; that source server receives connection information. Its own privacy policy applies. Clear site data in your browser to remove cached engine data.

Enquiries

The contact form sends your brief to our server, where it is stored outside the public website directory for project discussion. A reference confirms receipt, not a promised response time. Hosting email may notify the team; email and WhatsApp alternatives use their providers. Enquiries are retained while discussing or delivering your project. Contact us to request deletion when contractual or record-keeping obligations permit. Local preview submissions stay in local test storage.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google AdSense site review is pending and no ad units are active. Robotics pages connect to Google’s privacy and advertising service to display published consent choices when available. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and device data to deliver and personalize advertising based on visits to this and other websites, subject to applicable choices. Use Privacy and cookie settings at the bottom of robotics pages to manage or withdraw consent. Google’s published European message includes Consent, Do not consent and Manage options; US privacy choices are available where configured and applicable. You can also manage personalized advertising at https://myadcenter.google.com/ and read Google’s partner data policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. There are no third-party analytics scripts. First-party aggregate usage counts record the tool name, action and count, without tool inputs, enquiry contents, user identifiers or filenames. You can turn these counts off using the footer control; that choice is stored locally. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP address and requested URL to deliver and protect the website.

Robotics learning

Optional robotics lesson progress is stored only in this browser and can be reset or switched off. Browser labs run locally and do not connect to hardware. Aggregate counts may record a lesson opening, quiz check or lab run by its public identifier; answers, code, control values and saved progress are not sent. Advertising remains disabled.
