Place a Visible Signature on a PDF

Type or draw a signature, preview its position, and understand what a visual stamp does.

Practical workflow illustration. Review your own output before using it.

Understand the signature type

This tool adds a visible image stamp. It does not provide certificate-based signing, identity verification or legal acceptance guarantees. Ask the recipient what kind of signature is required.

Create a legible mark

Choose a PDF and type a name or draw on the signature pad. Typed signatures offer an alternative to drawing. Review the mark at normal reading size, not just while zoomed in.

Choose a page and position

Select the page. Choose a position on its preview or use the numeric left, bottom and width controls. The preview uses unrotated page coordinates and the export retains the original page rotation. Keep the complete mark inside the page.

Review before sending

Create the result, open the saved PDF and inspect its page and placement. Keep the original. Editing a previously signed PDF may invalidate its existing signatures.
